I didn't realize it had been a month since I last posted.  I am not sure if the Raw/Vegan thing is actually improving my health but I figure it can't make me any worse so I am staying with it.

I am also not sure if my head is in the right place to play The Sims in any form considering I spent two days staring out a window, not moving, while trying to decide if I should play The Sims or listen to my Harry Potter book 1 on the iPod.  I am having a really hard time with making decisions lately and The Sims is all about decision making.  The plan, after chatting with Kevin is to play The Sims 3 on the PS3 since it works better than the Wii one and I won't feel compelled to photograph and write up everything I do in the game, so much less pressure on me when playing.  I'm not sure how this is going to go, it will either be the shortest play session ever or the longest play session with no input from the user.  I don't have to worry about decisions on making the Sims because Kevin already has one set up for me to play with.  At the very least it will be an interesting exercise in how smart the console Sims are in surviving mostly on their own.
 
 
 
 
 
 
As you say, the raw/vegan thing can't really make you any worse - unless something is missing from your diet. I'm sure Kevin is looking after you and making sure you get all the nutrition you need.

The Sims 3 on the PS3 sounds like a good idea. I recently bought it and it is both easier and harder to play than the PC version. I hope it goes well for you. At the very least it will (hopefully) be amusing to watch the sim trying to look after itself.
So far I have only made it through two days in the game, but it is fun and I am very slowly figuring it out. What was really funny is in the Sim Bin when I went to place the single Sim Kevin made for me there was a pair of guy Sims as well named Kevin and Lee and I thought Kevin had made them as well because is middle name is Lee. Turns out he didn't, but I am totally going to play them later in another Save file!

We have been using a website that not only tracks calories, but vitamins and minerals as well to make sure I am getting all of the vitamins I need from the fruit and vegetables. Right now the only thing I have to take a vitamin for is B12 and that is only once a week. We are actually starting to wonder if I am able to digest and absorb the regular multi-vitamin because for the first couple weeks of doing this things seemed to be going really badly, but after a month of slowly building of a good mix of foods on the website and increasing my tolerance for greens I'm finally at 100% on everything, obviously minus the B12 and since the last week has been all vitamin from food, I think at least emotionally it is going much better. Still having migraines, fogging, and other problems, but I think my mental state, which has never been bad, has actually gotten better. Doesn't hurt that I have also managed to loose 20 pounds, that will make anyone who is overweight feel good,.

Thanks, doing my best to manage and just take it one day at a time. Kevin has to keep reminding me that I didn't get this way over night so it is probably not going to go away quickly.
